Много хубав хотел , закуската и вечерята бяха много добри и разнообразни . Имаше безплатен трансфер до молове и пазара.

Персонала на рецепцията беше малко неадекватен. Опитаха се да ми надпишат консумация от барове и ресторанти. Уверяваха ме , че мога да платя таксито с карта , но като пристигнахме на летището шофьора каза , че не може и трябваше да теглим от АТМ

Das Resort ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sehr viel Auswahl und alles wirkt frisch. Wenn etwas leer wird, wird es sehr schnell nachgefüllt, sodass man, auch wenn man später kommt, noch alles vorfindet. Fürs Abendessen gibt es entweder Buffet oder à la cart in ein paar verschiedenen Restaurants, die zur Hotelanlage gehören - wenn man allerdings nicht Halbpension gebucht hat, kann das schnell sehr teuer werden. Es gibt mehrere Pools und ausreichend Liegen am Strand, sodass man immer Platz findet, da sich alles gut verteilt. Das Personal war zum Teil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (leider nicht alle). Insgesamt ein typisches Resort-Erlebnis mit gutem Standard.

Die Anfahrt war etwas verwirrend, da der Hotelname auf Booking anders ist als vor Ort und es dort drei Hotels gibt, die zusammen gehören. Ein bisschen schade ist, dass es keine All-inclusive-Option gibt, da das für mich zu einem Resort, in dem man den ganzen Tag verbringen und entspannen möchte, einfach dazugehört.

Bel hôtel avec une plage superbe. Deux piscines. Une rivière avec bouées très appréciée par toute la famille. Buffet petit-dèj extra varié et très bon. Hôtel très propre, chambres spacieuses. On recommande pour les familles. À noter surtout: personnel adorable, aux petits soins.

Espace petit déjeuner un peu impersonnel. Mais sincèrement c’est un détail.

You will pay like you are in Mauritius. Too expensive in terms of rooms and even the available food and activities.

Il mare e le montagne. Ma non è merito dell’hotel

Esperienza davvero molto deludente. Prezzo esagerato per i servizi che offrono. Camere brutte senza un minimo di confort e sporche. Accoglienza pessima, Personale non formato e menefreghista. Il cliente non è un ospite gradito da coccolare, ma un numero. Alla reception le donne sono tutte scorbutiche e senza un minimo di gentilezza. Hilton, d’altra parte, si conferma quello che è sempre stato: un azienda che non sa fare ospitalità. Se avessi saputo del cambio società non avrei neanche prenotato. Sembra di essere in un hotel 3 stelle in Egitto. Non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei neanche. Dopo le mie lamentele hanno cercato di rimediare, ma anche male! Camera un pochino più grande con un extra bed più normale invece della brandina e 10% di sconto al ristorante. Il contentino insomma! Neanche un biglietto di scuse e delle attenzioni in più, ma solo menefreghismo. Siamo scappati al mattino dopo la colazione da villaggio turistico. Ho ordinato due uova fritte e mi hanno portato un omelette. 5 stelle non direi proprio.

We travelled with our 6 months old baby and were amazed by how well we were all received and how friendly all the staff was to our baby. We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the exquisite food (we chose half-board and were impressed by the quality and variety of food at each meal), to the comfort and cleanliness of our room, to the beautiful facilities (including the gym, the pools, the lazy river, the beach, the mini golf...), and all the additional high quality services that they offer on-site and which we used, including: babysitting services (special thanks to the wonderful Lea 💗), medical support and daily excursions. We will have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again next time we travel to Oman.
