The view was lovely

Poor electrical sockets, ants appeared on any opened drinks left on the side for a short period of time, the stairs to get down the the property, flies outside and on the walk down the stairs to the beach. Bad smelling odour outside the property. Informed staff of checkout time as it was out of hours and assistance was needed to get up the stairs however no one showed up so we had to make our own arrangements up the stairs to seek assistance.

The location right on the beach was superb.

The stairs were a nightmare. This needed to be clearer in the advert. Some people could not physically achieve this, especially Carrying luggage. There is help if you have good communication with the hotel, which I didn't but that wasn't their fault. Also the water is rocky, which is fine if you have reef shoes - PACK REEF Shoes!

The location is great , truly beachfront and Bingin beach is really peaceful and nice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staff is very nice and were truly helpful, a big thanks to them.

We are returning customers (third time), I would however recommend as improving point that the hotel revise the electrical installation in the rooms, which is getting old. Otherwise everything else was fine, thanks again
