"Misleading Facilities & Poor Experience"

Only location is good

Especially, the services and facilities mentioned on Booking.com are not what we experienced here. The breakfast was served in a very unhealthy area, and even the road leading to the hotel was extremely narrow and felt like an off-road route. The entire hotel does not meet the standards or facilities listed online. This feels like misleading customers just to make money. We are paying for proper facilities and services, so this is very disappointing. I strongly request future guests to verify everything before booking.

The resort gave a nice feeling of staying inside a forest. Staff were courteous. Rooms were clean & neat

Door locks were dilapidated. Gave an insecure feel. The road to resort was in damaged condition

Location is good, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains

Rooms are not great, smells like mould. Service is terrible where we had to call them many times just to get some water bottles. Breakfast was worst, not much options to chose from However dinner taste was okay
