Corendon Playa Kemer Hotel

The service, facilities, staff were just incredible. Everyone spoke really good English (despite the negative reviews?) We got a beach cabana for a couple of days and service was impeccable, i believe it was Sadye serving us and she was amazing! Food and drinks were lovely, couldn't have asked for more Don't even get me started on the patisserie as well, I think it put on half a stone in a few days but I enjoyed every minute of it!

Only comment would be lack of sunbeds for the guests. For us, we were only staying a couple of days and very happy to splash out on the cabanas in any case! But if we had been there longer, I think it would have become bothersome

It was a great vacation. The facility is nice, and the staff are very helpful, except for one incident with one of the receptionists who lacked training and spoke rudely at the time of check-out. I had to talk to his manager, and she was very nice and collaborative. The swimming pool is wonderful, and they have a lot of activities as well. The food was great and available 24 hours. I definitely will visit this place again.

Elevator is so slow and there is only one per block, my room in the 3rd floor. I had to use the steps many times

Only issue was this: there is usually specific timing for breakfast ,lunch and dinner,but if you arrived the last one hour (breakfast is until 11 ,if you arrive at 10)٫ thereis nothing left and also the staff already started to empty everything! also other issue is most of them dont speak english,even one word. so this food situation is really annoying and limiting ,dont forget this is ultra all inclusive resort but you cant get proper food after 10a.m,2pm and 9pm.

Room size is decent (though we booked superior room for up to 3 ppl while staying 2 of us). Very clean and comfy beds. Nice selection of sunbeds by the pool or the pier or the beach, never struggled with finding enough sunbeds for 4 of us altogether (though we had to get up to book it in the morning).

I have been requested to pay in full for my reservation about a week prior arrival, even though my reservation was Pay at the property and free cancelation till 5 days before arrival. I have been told I have 24 hours to pay otherwise they cancel my reservation. I had to explain that it is not in line with booking conditions and they asked me to provide proof of my airplane ticket and only after 'allowed' me to keep my Pay at the property option. We have attended as group of friends, while the place was predominantly occupied by families with kids which is ok, but smth to be aware of. Food in the buffet was not great unfortunately, but their food court has really good quality familiar favorites. Some members of staff were very nice and helpful, but some (especially at the reception) were not only not helpful but also rude and dismissive :(

I put high point 10,but staff were rude They make problem over the bracelet which I didn’t want to wear tide on my hand I can’t sleep with something on my hand I have to take it off but they was so pushy that I have to wear it . But food was good
