Hotel is in a good location, Mountains and tress behind the hotel made a scenic view when swimming Staff at the restaurant are very hard working and provides a great service Food was amazing, main dishes changes and the taste was very good

I have been informed at the reception that Turkish bath and saunas are free of charge. One day I was lying on the central massage platform in a Turkish bath and I have been kicked out of the platform by the massage therapist. When I approached the person who looked a spa manager, he informed that this is a Private Establishment and guests were allowed to use it however whenever a guest arrives for paid scrubbing, any other person needs to empty the place. This information is nowhere written and has not been communicated with us at any time. Additionally, there was addition to the main area which might easily be closed for a private session and closed from public at any time easily This attitude in a 5 star hotel is UNACCEPTABLE. The other one is not the hotels issue but they may think a solution on how all the sun beds are occupied with a towel where only 25% people are around the beach area. People would come in the morning put their towel and disappear, you cannot find out for how long. They make take a nap, have breakfast and show up after hours where you would not be able to find a sun bed near the beach area

Room service cleaning was not good Kids pool were dirty so we had to go the beach every time Food timing was really bad we couldn’t always make to lunch

Great value for money! Fantastic sea views from our room. Loved the parties each night on the pier. The night time show was exceptional. The service was top notch! The attention to detail & personal care staff took of us blew us away. The huge variety of food was amazing & there was never a shortage of drink or food. Everyone was so friendly, helpful & the hospitality received was great.

Inclusivity, and the location was convenient for tours throughout Türkiye. I was happy there was water and pomegranate (nar) juice available in coolers for easy access. This was extremely useful to make sure we were hydrated. The buffet was excellent!! All meals were delicious and there were plenty of options.

I booked a Seaview with early check in but my view was a building a d no early checkin available. Unfortunately the beach was not as clean as I would have liked, there was trash floating in the water, which was disappointing.

Close to beach, nice food, constant entertainment

Short staffed. Some workers are working hard, some where not so much. Hard to get a drink from the bar, while 5 people walking around doing nothing

It was like a boutique resort

Pool bar was closed midnight.
