Lack of free beds on the beach The beds were occupied by the guests from the very morning till evening (90% of the guests turned out to be russian speaking)

Excellent choice of food for all meals and great quality of cooking.

Very loud disco that runs from 10pm and makes it hard to get to sleep early.

Great location with good access to the mountains. The hotel is right at the beach. Definitely take the sea view side, the other side looks into a garden with a highway behind it.

Extremely loud music is played every night on the central pier until midnight! I think it should be limited by 10pm. ... Russian tourists were all over the place (but they behaved decently).

It is a 3 star hotel with tiny rooms and very poor service, but for the 5 star price. Staff isn’t helpful and even rude, and speaks Russian even if you don’t know the language. Rooms are dirty, and my parents room wasn’t even cleaned daily.

Awful cocktails on the bar. Margarita with two types of syrups? Remove syrups at all, make them perfect!! During oktoberfest, they gave out crawfish. I wanted to try just a little bit. I arrived half an hour after it started. But they were already out of crawfish! Although there were a million plates on the tables of every customer. It was very sad at the moment, so I left not happy. I wanted to go to the sauna/hammam in the evening, it was 40 minutes before closing. It was already cold in the hamam, only the sauna was working. I also asked for a towel - staff said that they were out of towels. Again I was deprived of something, what is wrong with me? Why do you make me cry:) I would say that iy
