Everything is perfect during our stay!

Everything was perfect! We had a very, very nice stay. The room was super spacious and clean, giving us plenty of comfort. The infinity pools were sparkling clean and clearly well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The receptionists were very professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail—we felt truly welcomed. The restaurant staff were also excellent, providing great service, and the food from the kitchen was incredibly delicious. We’re definitely coming back, and I’ll be ordering more food for sure!

There was nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations.

The receptionist on arrival was friendly and quick to process me. They advised me that the upper pool was exclusive to residents, rather than the lower pool which was open to day users (and they were rather noisy on the day I checked in). They asked me if I want to book a massage - I advise I would but not that evening as it was already late and I wanted to try the pool before the sun set. They also informed me that they would relay my request to the kitchen for a vegetarian-suitable breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The upper level pool looks nice and was pleasant to use on the first evening. On the second evening half the lights were turned off. On every occasion the bubble pool was turned off - never got to enjoy it. No obvious switch and no staff. Someone's used glassware left by the pool on the third evening. There was a small amount of on-site parking. Quite a steep driveway though, without passing places and no lights on the inside of the bends so you can't see if you will hit the edge as your turn.

I think the staff need more training on what customers expect from a luxury resort. There was no follow-up to anything after I had been checked-in. E.g. no enquiry to book that massage on my 2nd or 3rd day -a lost opportunity for me and the hotel. When I went down for breakfast I found the restauarnt full of loud pop music. It killed the relaxed atmosphere. I think the staff reduced the volume a bit but I really would have preferred to have had breakfast in my room, or on the balcony in the peace and quite I had come for. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant and eager to please but without an understanding of what people want. They offered to make some sauteed vegetables as Im a vegetarian. Unfortantely it wasn't just sauteed, it was coated in some gloopy sauce, perhaps a chap chay but closer to a soup. I know they meant well but it was not the start I hoped for. There wasn't any bread, pastries or cereals, so had plain rice then left to find some food outside. I ordered dinner on the last evening, excited by the indian vegetable curry + sauteed vegetables, strictly in butter only. Well both dishes were practically the same, just that the 'indian curry' had some kind of liquid on it - not quite a sauce, perhaps something from a squeezy bottle. So - as a vegetarian don't expect the food to be in any way interesting. I found a restaruant at another hotel, 40-minutes drive away that had some really interesting, creative vegetarian dishes. I went there twice - on the way to and from the Chocolate Hills. Meanwhile this luxury hotel had nothing. The room whilst large, has no where to store clothes. There's two coat hangers but no where to hang them! The toilet room is inside the main room but without a ceiling or extractor fan - so if you making noises and smells, it's going straight into your living space. Kareoke Singing late into night on Day 1, noisy construction work outside on Day 3. No phone in the room.

The resort's modern amenities and stunning views made for a perfect getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large balconies that offered breathtaking views loved watching the sunset.

The resort itself is beautifully maintained,with cozy and comfortable accomodations that blend seamlessly with the natural soroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive,making sure all our needs were met with a smile. It was a truly a memorable experience. The location is absolutely stunning,nestled high up on the mountain with breathtaking views at every turn. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and enjoying the fresh, crisp mountain air was exactly what i needed to unwind.
