"The worst all-inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to."

The beach is wonderful.

The worst costumer service ever. We paid extra for an anniversary package that we never received. It has been a month and they haven’t received a response to our emails or our money back.

"Great value, great beach"

Sixth vacation at this resort. They tend to put us in better rooms. Beach is the best with fluffy white sand that does not get overly hot. Gradual drop off in ocean with mostly soft sand bottom. Food is reliably good, better than expected at three star resort. Excellent pizza. We come to this side of DR for the SCUBA diving. The reef is as nice most in Mexico and Honduras. We use Sharkys dive shop in Bayahibe, known for bespoke service. Be aware this resort caters mainly to Europeans, particularly Italians and Germans. There is smoking everywhere. Guests tend not to queue up like most overly polite Canadians. Great value if you wait on cheap packages from WestJet or Sunwing.

The resort is so beautiful, room is comfortable, you will get a great opportunity to relax and enjoy this gorgeous beach. Many pools to enjoy also.

Buffet needs to improve its variety, and adapt to all types of guests. Gluten-free, more seafood or even lactose free etc. Hotel restaurant reservation App needs improving too. Also, staff is sometimes unaware of everything around them.
