"Mal servicio, buenas instalaciones"

El lugar, la playa y las instalaciones. La unica persona que te atiende bien es Yonilka que es la chica que esta en la barra cercana a la playa. Es la mejor barman del lugar.

Primero llegamos y nos atendieron mal en la recepción con mala predisposición. Despues cuando nos dieron la habitacion estaba llena de abejas muertas, pedimos que nos limpien la habitacion y nunca vinieron. Fuimos por cinco noches y no pudimos comer nunca en un restaurant porque estaban todos reservados y pasabas por los mismos y estaban vacios pero no te dejaban sentarte a comer. Las gaseosas ninguna tenia gas y el personal mal predispuesto y te atendian a desgano. Te persiguen por todos lados para hacerte unas charlas para que te hagas socio del hotel. Cuando queriamos cambiar las toallas de la pileta nunca estaban disponibles. El agua para ducharte no salia caliente y te quedabas sin agua mientras te bañabas.

Que el hotel está en línea de playa y las actividades del hotel.

Una de las habitaciones que nos asignaron dejaba mucho que desear. No estaba a la altura del hotel.

Good location, many restaurante options and stores.

Customer experience is not the priority - staff is not trainee to be polite or to solve problems, many facilities are old and not decent for example gym. Food was not good. Price and star rating is very high compared to the experience offered.

Buenas instalaciones

El servicio en general muy malo desde la recepción hasta los meseros poco atentos hacen las cosas de muy mala forma. Muy mal servicio al cliente
