Las instalaciones, la variedad de lugares dentro del complejo. Los tragos, el entretenimiento

Todo genial. Me sorprende que tenga una calificación de 7, con lo bien esta. Menos mal que no me guíe por comentarios malos. Se ve que hay gente que va a quejarse mas que a disfrutar.

La infraestructura, sus jardines , decoración, piletas son excelentes. Agrego la pileta infinita de agua salada que es fantástica.

Había leído respecto a la poca amabilidad del personal sobretodo de recepción y pude comprobarlo personalmente, tema hablado con otros huéspedes opinando igual. Parece que no tienen ganas de atender !! Pedis por favor,regalas sonrisas y no logras que se inmuten!! Estuve 8 días con la peor vista del complejo y no me cambiaron ( pasto y a 3 m un cerco , daba a cancha de paddel, no veía nada!!!!!) La comida con poca variedad y reiterativa. Los frigobar los mantienen vacíos cosa que me extrañó en un all inclusive!!!!!! Un cambio de protocolo en relación a atención al huésped es fundamental.!!!!!

Playa excepcional. Animación con muy buena onda.

Con mucha lluvia, los lugares comunes son escasos, se llueven y se inundan. Hay que trabajar un poco más en ese sentido.

Las playas

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no daba abasto y no se podía dormir del calor. El sistema de reservas de restaurantes es muy malo. No se encuentran turnos para el restaurante y hirario que uno quiere, pero después los ves vacíos. Poco personal atendiendo en los bares y se tarda mucho en pedir un trago (y eso que fue en temporada baja)
