Nirvana Hill Resort

We stayed in the tree house and it was amazing. Such a unique place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, with an actual tree growing through the centre of the room. We saw monkeys and many types of birds from our balcony, which had incredible views. The pool area was so clean and peaceful to relax here during the day. At night you were able to take meals by the pool bar also which was a really pretty place to spend the evenings. Service from all staff was incredible throughout our stay, especially the pool bar service. This hotel is very near a small town with a lake (full of king fishers and other amazing birds), a Hindu temple, a large church, a playground and little local shops and stalls. Also near beautiful rice paddy fields with more amazing birds and views. So although there isn't lots to do as such there are lots of beautiful places you can walk to and still meet local people and experience an authentic rural Goan town. Our whole stay was incredible and I wish I could be back there now.

The resort is good, I like the dense greenery, water bodies surrounded, at night the way the resort is well lit (decorated) is really good. Rooms are good, and clean.

The reception folks told me that if I buy the water bottle then only they will deliver water in the room otherwise to get the filtered water room service is not available. It is in self service mode. Not good. Breakfast can be improved, options were less. Monday your mess was closed, that affected our travel. We usually prefer eating clean at the place we are staying. If I would have known this I might have preferred other places.

Lovely property nested in the quiet town of Curtorim. The resort is full of greenery and is well maintained. The food is also very tasty despite the limited menu. Clean rooms and polite staff.

The menu had limited options, with paneer and dal being the only vegetarian items. Wasn't much of an issue for us as non vegetarians, but we requested them to arrange a basic green salad, which they denied... We also asked them if they could arrange our breakfast a little earlier on the check-out date as we were checking out early...but they refused. While it's on us for making such requests, I would like to point out that the staff/management weren't open to entertaining any request outside of the provisions that they have.

The property is very special, it’s in a very quiet environment so it’s perfect for relaxing. It’s very clean, and comfy. The breakfast was also good. The Staff is also very helpful
