The cleaner of the room arranging new towel shapes each day was cute, friendly staff especially in the restaurant, good range of drinks included, the hot tub was a great relax from the sun. Very relaxing massages with a good price deal. Good ac to keep you cool and comfortable bed/ room generally

Feeling like you were being scammed. I live in Egypt as an expat and so I know how much things cost. The people coming up to you on the beach and pool areas trying to sell you a scam especially those from the shops inside the hotel absolute ripoff .. Then trying to get you come back twice so they get the full money or more from the discount originally offered - go outside I would suggest. The additional restaurants only seem to offer table service of what is available in the buffet selection so not as exciting as they originally sound
