We were a group of 5 ladies, the rooms were clean, comfy and the view was magical. All the staff is super friendly, always asking if you need anything and always smiling , I can say this is the most well trained and warm staff i deal with in Hurghada. They offered us many discounts and free services including one amazing tech party. It will surely be our go to hotel in Hurghada from now on. Not to mention how cozy and chilly the hotel is and its perfect location. Thank you for giving us such a good time.

Otel cok profesyonel bir ekibe sahip ve tertemiz. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Odamiz deniz manzarali harikaydi 40 m2 ve yataklari buyuk ve çok rahatti. Yemekleri beklentimin cok ustundeydi. Sürekli yiyecek icecek mevcut. Havaalanina 15 dakika. Calisanlar cok cana yakinlar.Cikis saatimiz sabaha karsi oldugu icin yanimiza almamiz icin koca bir paket kahvaltilik hazirlamislardi. Hamada Mahmoud'a, havuz barda olan Ahmed'e ve tüm calisanlarina bu keyifli tatil icin cok tesekkurler.

Tek sevmediğimiz sey ise odada ve tesis genelinde kullanilan sivi sabunun kokusuydu.

La playa está excelente, las vistas y la habitación también. La variedad de las comidas está muy buena. Si tu edad es entre 50 y la muerte te gustará.

La calidad de las bebidas es muy muy mala, el personal muy intenso me llamaron varias veces a la habitación mientras dormía para preguntarme si todo estaba bien. Es como estar en un crucero estacionado. En la playa Marvin me pidió el celular para calificarse con 5 estrellas en Google y al retirarme me pidieron nuevamente la reseña.

Hotel was excellent Food & entertainment was varied & of a high standard. Staff Hamada & Mariam were excellent & would definitely recommend

The all stuff is so good and helpful, specially Mr.Hamada (Reception Manager) who does all his best for the gust to have a comfortable time. He looks like a hero in the Hotel who solves any issues.
