The hotel is all inclusive, the food is available almost all the time during the day, the staff is very comforting.

The hotel needs some reconstruction. The rooms are quite dated and could use some update. They renovate some of them and its very loud. The services sales are really pushy, we didn't know that the red flags at the beach have a meaning would be fair to mention it at the check in

Otel her şeyiyle harikaydı. "Uzaklardaki evinize hoş geldiniz." cümlesiyle karşılanmak bizleri çok mutlu etti. Bu cümlenin altını dolduran bir deneyim yaşattılar. Gerek çalışanlar gerek animasyon ekibi olsun gelen misafirlere huzurlu hissettirmek için samimiyetle çaba gösteriyorlar. Herkes mutlu, çok güzel enerjisi olan bir mekan. Kafanızı çevirdiğiniz her yerde sıcaklıkla gülümseyen insanlar görüyorsunuz. Temizliği çok iyiydi. Tekrar terkar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer oldu. Herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Everybody who works at the Sunrise Holidays Resort in Hurghada are very professional, polite and friendly. The Hotel Manager Mr. Hamada is a great manager and takes time with all of his guests. I had a very pleasant vacation.

Everything the food is even better than before this place is wonderful because of the hotel staff they make you feel better than at home even their motto is home away from home. The reception the staff at the swimming pool every single one is helpful my favourite is Ahmed from reception and Mina and Tarek from swimming pool bar restaurant David Ibrahim and Waled the Spa is the place to be with Ahmed and golden hands of Fatima book the massage definitely The hotel manager Hamad will make sure you have everything you need

The prices and availability in May very difficult to find the room
