Nothing we didn't get to stay. The communication with owners mother (Helen) was nicer than owner Kris.

Owner told us on the morning of our stay we couldn't stay as that morning while cleaning the caravan for our stay the boiler had broken. The owner offered a full refund or an upgrade to a lodge owned by his mother. As we had already set off from Scotland and had taken time off work etc we had to accept the offer and were thankful for an upgrade. I double checked with Kris if this lodge would still be suitable for my three children's ages 10, 14 and 16 and my self and my partner. He stated there was a link in his message to us but we never received. We received the information of the upgraded lodge via Helen (owner of lodge) on sms a couple of hours later. When we arrived at our lodge we realised there was not enough beds for our family of 5. We contacted Kris who stated we had booked for 2 guests which was untrue. We sent him evidence of our booking to which he replied that it wasn't his issue and we had to vacate the property as this lodge only had insurance to sleep 4 people. This was around 6pm at night after already being messed around with our plans that morning driving 5 hours and then driving to a different location. We had to find last minute accommodation which resulted in an even worse stay for our trip and ruined all of our plans.

The location is really good. The view from the caravan makes it worth. The caravan itself is very nice. We were only a couple with a kid so was fine. Though it has beds for 8 people it would be tight moving around if we were more people But the place is well taken care, cleaned, confy, peaceful and has anything you need to cook. The staff was very responsive when we needed them. Would definitely go back.

Not about the caravan and I know it's low season so I didn't expect for all the facilities to be open, especially the entertainment, but would have been nice to have a heads up that everything was completely closed, including both eating places. We have been to other Pardean Parks around this time of the year and they had things opened. We were looking forward to use the swimming pool and overal was a but dissapointed when we got there and realised everything was completely shut down. Especially when there was no information anywhere online about the park facilities being seasonal. Wifi is not the best if more than one person is using it, even for the TV programs. Not that important but with a little kid can do a difference. Would go back anyway :)

Great site location with a sea view. Spacious enclosed decking area, suitable for dogs. 5 min walk to the beach and resort facilities. Far enough away from the main resort for quietness during the peak season.

"Lovely modern caravan in good location"

7.0

Loved the caravan very modern and in good location

I felt the caravan wasn’t cleaned very good and noticed patio, balcony area could have been cleaned down as was dirty and lots of sand around. Also there wasn’t a baking tray which made it difficult to cook foods for the family.
