Initially looked like a decent property and the location next to the beach was nice

Upon closer inspection the kitchen was dirty, oven covered in grease, utensils in the drawers were dirty, burn marks on the carpet in the lounge Second day of staying our large decking was removed without any notice, we contacted the owner to find out what was going on as we only booked it so my toddler had a safe area to play on without having to chase her and now it was gone. He didn’t know anything about it and initially seemed to be handling it well and came down to sort it and apologised and said he’d give us a full refund. He never did and is now ignoring all messages we send him so clearly it was all said to keep us quiet until we were out of the property

The view

Kris was excellent at all times communication wise and he was able to support my special request which I know they offer, but at an extra cost and that is bed linen for three beds and towels. I met the cleaning lady and Michelle who gave excellent service. It was a great place to stay. Some lovely friendly neighbours of owners who stay there also. The actual site has excellent facilities also I found the pub food was good things like clean cutlery and tables very clean. Service was very good. We even enjoyed the game of bingo it's faultless really. Well done to Kris and his team certainly will be recommending this place to all. Thank you so much for your support and great hospitality in hosting us. Finally we loved the huge Decking and the views are breath taking.

Brilliant location right near the beach

Everything was fine and well equipped

Communication was poor and I messaged when we lift about our iPad and my Message was ignored.

I messaged asking after we left if an iPad had been found and my Messages were ignored.

Lovely view and caravan

Sea view, comfortable, clean and spacious caravan

The caravan is literally on the beach dogs loved it less than 5 minutes to walk um to the beach weather was hot as well

Be nice to have a outdoor tap so we could rinse the dog's down to get rid of the sand from the beach had to use a jug was a bit time consuming as we were taking them twice a day
