La piscine n'était pas chauffée mais c’est rare que ça le soit dans une majorité d'hôtels.

This was our second time (and second year in a row) at this wonderful hotel. I'm always scared the second time won't be as good as the first but Atlantica Imperial Resort doesn't disappoint. We were treated so well here and it felt even more special than the first time because it felt like home. A beachfront luxurious home where you eat like a king. This is probably going to be a yearly treat for me and my husband. It is the perfect hotel to relax and switch off to the point it feels like you're living an alternative reality where everything is good and time has slowed down. I also dare to say the food was even better this time around. Loved the sushi and the baos and the desserts have been improved! Everything is delicious here, it's actually unbelievable. Special thank you to Fatima who checked us in, to Maria who left us a lovely handwritten note and went out of her way to get us non-alcoholic champagne (that was incredibly thoughtful and almost made me cry), to Katerina for her cheerful demeanor, and to Viktoria, our lunchtime waitress, who was so sweet and welcoming. We'll be back ♥️ PS: Hope the kittens are doing well!

There were just two things we didn't like: the fact people are allowed to smoke and vape at the beach (maybe a smoke free area could be established, it's not very relaxing to be laying in the sun and breathing in smoke from other people) and the fact that no one does anything about people who leave towels on the sun chairs for hours while they're at the pool or somewhere else. And of course they reserve only the best chairs without being there! So rude. Anyway, the hotel is perfect!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer immer sauber und gepflegt.

Das Management war unfreundlich. Unser Essen war 14 Tage lang zu 95% das gleiche, maximal lauwarm und man musste dafür 30 Min vor der Öffnung des nicht geheizten Speisesaals anstehen um einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen bzw.eine ca. 25 m lange Warteschlange in Kauf nehmen da zu wenig Sitze.Das Management interessierte das nicht.

Die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr professionell. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr hoch. Wer Sport machen will, kann das bestens ausgestattete Gym benutzen. Auch die Autovermietung des Hotels arbeitet sehr zuverlässig. Wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit. Danke an das gesamte Team des Hotels!

Absolut nichts. Ein Hinweis: Der Ort Kolymbia ist bei weitem noch nicht so touristisch erschlossen wie das benachbarte Faliraki. Das ist eine Geschmacksfrage, ob man das positiv oder negativ sieht.
