Everything The staff, the food, the gestures, the cleanless, the shows. I dont have one single bad thing to say about it! Also there is a girl called georgina, she is the best waitress ever. Meira gave us a lot of fun activities. The reception staff was incredible also.

Even though there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is almost not possible to reach without a car or taxi from the airport

trotzdem es eine sehr große Anlage ist und Hauptsaison, hat man die vielen Menschen nicht so gemerkt - hat sich gut zerstreut. Die Restaurants waren sehr ordentlich und schön gestaltet, sowohl die Architektur aber auch das Buffet selbst sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer geräumig und modern. Das Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Wenn ich etwas optimieren würde, wären es jedenfalls (geschlossene) Badezimmertüren im Zimmer und eine Badetuch-Ausgabe am Strand. Ein WC am Strand wäre auch nicht verkehrt, der Weg ist doch recht weit. Ein Duschraum im Haupthaus für den Abreisetag könnte man auch organisieren. Aber man gewöhnt sich an alles und das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

The staff was lovely from Miss Froso, who welcomed us at the front desk to Mr. Thanasys and Miss Daisy, who greeted us every day at the dining room and, of course, Ms. Margarita from the maintenance staff. The rooms were well equipped and spacious, the towels were large, and the overall decor was nice. The hotel was clean and didn't feel crowded, although it is high season. The location is fantastic, quiet, and serene. The pool is amazing, clean and accessible for those with disabilities and great water temperature. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

On our first day of arrival, we could barely find any free sunbeds near the pool, and there was no staff to assist us. Also, some of the more luxurious sunbeds near the pool are priced between 40-60 € per day. At the price we paid we would expect having those facilities with no extra charge. Room wise, the hotel does not provide water bottles daily, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. As one of our family members is vegan, we would have appreciated having a larger variety of vegan food 1 the dining room. We also would have appreciated more traditional Greek food.
