Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

Absolutely stunning hotel, had the best time. Staff are all lovely, rooms are clean, great location and lots to do.

room was exceptional, great beach included, excellent food, very clean

fire alarms kept going off early in the morning. guests would reserve beach and pool chairs early in the morning and wouldn’t come back for hours. there was no policy in place regarding reserving beach chairs. sometimes I would go down and they’d all have towels on them but no one was using them. it was unfair and rude.

It was our 4th time staying here. We cannot fault a single thing just absolute luxury. The staff were all so nice and most of them have been working there for years and the welcome we get each time we go back is lovely. We got upgraded to a swim up pool this time which I’ve never thought to do, but what a bonus that was, amazing. Thank you we will be back

This adults only only resort qualifies as that up to the beach because is a public beach full of kids and people who are not staying in the resort . We truly enjoyed our secret lounge for an extra charge , but it was the only way to be in the shade and away from kids and families at the beach . The staff at the hotel are very kind , professional and helpful . The half board package was a great idea since the buffet offers an incredible selection of food from the world . A highlight to Ginger , one of the hotel restaurants which proposes an excellent fusion menu . Thanks

Kids on the beach and discovered at my arrival that the beach was public

The hotel is placed right at the beach and offers great tranquility and views from the room. Relatively modern rooms and nice beach with sunbeds for free for guests. Good gym with equipment (but space could have been used better)

The cleaning of the rooms was not up to standard. Didn’t even bother to put back the pillows if they were on the floors some days. Also when we had smell from the sewage and asked them to fix it they first try to fix it then housekeeping came and sprayed parfume in the whole room even though my pregnant wife is very sensitive to it. It forced us to change rooms for the night and when we came to the reception the next day to inform them that it’s not okay for a 5 star hotel we got a very blatant response from some of the staff and not even an apology for the inconvenience.

We got here right after our wedding for a mini honeymoon, and it was the perfect choice! The team kindly upgraded our stay, and everyone here is incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and providing amazing service. We highly recommend
