The place is amazing. The rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable. The food is very good too.

It would be nice if there were a space for people to sit an play. This place should hold different table games like cards, chess and books. These activities are spread around the great hall and not allwyas available to sit and play

I read a review of someone saying they had just left and had already booked another stay here. Honestly, if I could, I would, too. It's that good. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and definitely the best all-inclusive. I will stay here again for sure and can't wait until I do. The food is as incredibly nice as everyone says. If you read any bad reviews about the food, do not believe them. The food is so so so good every time I have to decide what to cook for dinner, I wonder what they're surprising people with at the hotel. I'm so spoiled. I was here for a week and every single day the food was different or they'd created something new with the leftovers from lunch (for example stewed meat for lunch, stuffed peppers with minced meat for dinner). Plus 100 different dishes to choose from. And my favourite was the food station serving the special dish for that specific mealtime which would be prepared as and when people wanted to have it (for example wok, risotto). And every little dish was delicious. It was so difficult not to put on weight. But no problem, the aqua classes by Cecilie were so good and the sea is so beautiful you end up doing a lot of exercise anyway (if you want to, of course, you can just stuff your face if you want to). Also the drinks are super delicious as well. Special kudos for the staff who are like freaking machines and so well organised and kind while at it. I love this hotel so much, honestly. Thank you so much for upgrading me to a room by the beach with a pool. I could not believe it. You really made my birthday special and my week one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of living through. Farso, Pamela from the restaurant, the lady who always greets people at breakfast, Cecilie (yoga) and the male receptionist whose name starts with a P (sorry!) were all amazing. I will be back as soon as I can. Someone please pet the black cat with a white tip on its tail for me in the meantime.

The building itself is stunning, they have down so well with the design. It is luxurious from the moment you see it and all the way through.

Nothing except the hot tub was very small and yes intimate and that wasn’t the main problem it was just cold.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Loved the buffet - great selection and great quality. Excellent gym: spacious with well maintained, modern equipment. The pools were beautiful (if a bit cold!)

The spa was very expensive, and the person who massaged me did not seem to have any training in massage, and did not give the massage I had booked (ie. it was meant to include 4 techniques, such as stretching, but it was simply rubbing olive oil in)

The staff were very friendly. They really put effort or make your stay better. Appreciate it. The cats were very sweet. The hotel made cat houses for them, they’re treated nicely.

The whole system was weird from the start to the end. We made a reservation for half board, thinking that only difference will be lunch and drinks won’t be included. It was more than that. All inclusive gets beach towels, sunbeds, priority in reserving the spa. There is even a bar only all inclusive can enter (which is super weird) and so many other little but annoying things… But it’s the deal we got, so I can understand it to level (wish the information was better though). The reason I gave a low star is: 1. Food is not good. I’m sorry to say that, it’s an okay food. The variety at the buffet is good. But everything is tasteless and low quality. If you’re in Greece, you can easily find much better food in any taverna out there. The Greek food offerings were very limited. You get pizza, pasta etc every night. Breakfast is also very standard and nothing special about it. I found hair few times in my food and the plates at the open buffet was not clean all the time. 2. The open buffet is a mass! It’s so crowded and stressful trying get food. 3. The room was very cold at night and there was no way to heat it. The air co is only for cooling down. If you’re visiting in April & May, keep this in mind. We had to ask extra blankets. The room was nice, but we did not really enjoy it because of the cold. 4. The bar is expensive! I had the most expensive tea of my life in the smallest cup. Water is expensive, fundamental things are not complementary in a resort. It’s RIDICULOUS to ask for extra 35 euros for the beds around the pool! It’s an all inclusive resort, this was quite disappointing. 5. The outdoor pool is not heated as advertised. It’s a one meter pool anyways, not fun to swim. For such a big resort there is only one pool option and it’s not like it’s looking in the pictures. The bottom was very dirty on top. 6. I ordered a glass of wine at the dinner with an extra charge. Which is fine. But if you’re paying for the wine you should be able to have some options.
