Noūs Santorini, a Member of Design Hotels

Nous is an absolutely AMAZING property. The service level is a 10/10! I have been to countless properties around the world and this hotel is at the top for the level of service all of the staff give. I booked with FHR and am a Titanium Elite Marriott Convoy member. I was given an upgrade to one of their highest room categories with a private pool. It was a special event and the staff ensured it was magical. They even delivered a complimentary cake to our room. Above and beyond would be an understatement for the level of service at Nous. The hotel is located a less than a 5 min walk from the local bus stop that connects to Fira with about a 10 min ride.

Bellissima piscina e struttura, ottima pulizia (sia spazi comuni che della stanza), staff super disponibile. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere le spiagge che per Thira e Oia. Abbiamo mangiato anche presso la struttura e si mangia molto bene.

A beautiful resort, lovely spacious rooms, great food, great spa, gym and really lovely staff who were truly a pleasure to speak to. I was especially impressed with how they dealt with feedback over the massage I had. They offered me a complimentary massage in place without me requesting. They wrote to me on WhatsApp in advance of our arrival and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nous! Breakfast was amazing, among the best resort hotel breakfasts in recent memory. The care and interest of the owner/management team is evident throughout with Dennis at check in, Kostas at the pool and the pool manager on duty delivering outstanding service. The room was spacious, villa-like, and very romantic. For recommendations for improvement, although the spa facilities are excellent I think the spa experience fell short of 5-star with a rushed entry and exit and no welcome drink or after treatment care (like tea or fruit) that you will find at most luxury hotels. I also thought the pool area, while stunningly beautiful, would benefit from more shaded areas (like an awning or bali beds or wider umbrellas) for dining and reclining in the hot Santorini sun. I would definitely go back and recommend the Nous to others!

Beautiful structure in a central location, very convenient for easily reaching the whole island. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the SPA area is perfect and peaceful.

We only stayed here for one night on our way to another greek island but the hotel is excellent. Very stylish with a huge pool and a great place to spend the day. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was superb. Our daughter loved the pool as its not too deep. Will definitely be back to spend some more time at this hotel in the future.
