"Fabulous week at NOŪS Santorini"

I stayed at NOŪS Santorini for a week in August with my husband and teenage daughter. It was a fairly last minute trip after our initial holiday plans had to be changed due to a family wedding. We weren’t sure what to expect and I had reservations as to how genuine the reviews were. Well we were wrong as the hotel really is excellent. From check in to check out we had a great week. The hotel is quite outlying and Messaria itself isn’t scenic and more of a working town than a resort but the hotel is well placed for several resorts and we divided our evenings between Fira and Kamari ( we used mysantorini.com taxi service and it was $25 euros each way to both resorts and $30 to the airport if you book directly with them) NOŪS has quite a minimalist feel and the public areas and rooms are simple and modern as opposed to opulent or luxurious but having been fortunate to stay in some of the top 5* hotel chains in the world, NOŪS holds its own in terms of service. Every staff member we encountered from housekeeping to the spa team were exemplary. Most evenings we had cocktails at the bar before heading out - again excellent and the breakfasts were well presented and fresh. A particular stand out member of staff was Naomie who always had a smile on her face. If you’re looking for a peaceful week of relaxation then don’t hesitate to book. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay
