I absolutely loved my prime balcony room. (My little home). I was there on a wellbeing retreat and the spa and wellness facilities were excellent. Aristidis Barouxakis, the Spa and Fitness Manager went above and beyond during our wellness sessions and gave me huge encouragement to use what I had learnt going forward. More than just to relax and unwind on holiday. I learnt a great deal and I’m hugely grateful for his vast knowledge, patience, encouragement and his kindness. Travelling alone can have its moments but he was very welcoming and friendly and gave me some good local knowledge! He has some fantastic therapists working with him too.

Simply amazing. I stayed 4 nights in July in this hotel with my son and daughter and it is fabulous. It’s 4 minutes from the airport and as soon as I turned in the bellman came to the car and told us he will take the luggage to our room and the woman from the front desk came to the car and welcomed us and took us to the desk for registration. The only glitch here is that I was told that I have to pay 130 euros for extra person because apparently the rate is for 2 people. I am a lifetime platinum elite Marriott member and I usually never had to do that. Nonetheless the staff is amazing and cordial and the service is immaculate. The room is spacious and has a private pool. The housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is excellent and I have to praise the waiter Naomi who went really above and beyond with a big smile. Because my flight was early had to leave before the restaurant is open they had breakfast boxes for us. The main pool is also beautiful. I had a car that enabled me to move around but maybe the hotel can run a shuttle to Fira and oia I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Santorini.

Perfect service, fantastic facilities with a gym, yoga studio, spa, huge pool, breakfast area. Complimentary classes were offered as part of a fitness program.

It is slightly far away from other areas, so ended up having a steep taxi bill.

L’établissement est sublime et très bien situé. Nous avons séjourné en famille dans une suite avec piscine, la suite était spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très appreciable. Le personnel était aux petits soins et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Tout le monde était très réactif et ce peu importe le moment de la journée.

My and my partner arrived on a Thursday afternoon, booked in for a massage before getting our flight home. We were greeted by Aristeidis and he was incredibly polite and full of positive energy. He gave us a tour of the facilities and answered all questions without us needing to ask a single one. He truly helped in making it a memorable day. Thank you

We stayed in a private pool suite and everything about the room was wonderful. Very spacious and loved the contemporary decor which was just to our taste. Pool was a decent size and nice to have the privacy to relax in your own space. We did spend our check-out day using the main hotel pool and it was also great. It’s massive - I believe it’s the largest pool in Santorini. There is loads of space round the pool and lots of loungers. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, which we really liked as it was nice and chilled out and we had plenty of room to ourselves. The whole hotel is beautiful with a very serene atmosphere. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Really liked that you could contact them on WhatsApp for anything you need. Breakfast was fantastic, has everything you could ever desire including good vegetarian options. Ordering the chocolate cake at dinner is an absolute must - you won’t regret it!

Initially, we were really disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options at dinner (only really one option and we were staying a few nights), but the restaurant staff were very helpful and made it right - so a negative became a positive! Was really impressed with this level of customer service.

Aristeidis Barouxakis spa & fitness manager really helped me out so much with my shoulder pain. I have been going to kine's,osteo,cupping for some years now. and most of the time the pain is gone for a day or two but the mobility is not any different. he just did a 5 min quick session on me and I could instantly get more mobility in the shoulder without any pain or other muscles being pulled. big help! recommend it 10/10
