The pool.

The hot water took very long time, like we had to keep the tap flowing for almost half an hour to get the hot water which was annoying

This is not done , I booked for the next day , and received call saying your need to cancel the booking as the prices are wrong ... As I have made full payment..I haven't even received the refund yet This was my favourite resort ..we have already visited multiple time ..and this time they have done something like this .

Ambience, weather,breakfast

Nothing as such but the edges of bed need to be refurbished as they are sharp n have caused injury to me n my husband leg
