Shabby Shepherds

Everything, it exceeded all expectations and was absolute perfection! The beautiful furnishings, the generous, homely touches - fresh eggs from the chickens, freshly baked bread, the whole thing was just fantastic and exactly what we needed for our weekend catch up.

That we couldn’t live there forever!

The host was amazing. We got freshly baked bread and free-range eggs, and they were more than helpful in anything we wanted. The accommodation was spotless and very well kept.

Nothing everything was perfect

There wasn’t anything not to like. Had an amazing time over new year period. Was cosy and warm inside with an amazing view. Would recommend who is wanting to stay in a Shepards hut near the lakes to stay in shabby Shepard's.

Met all expectations so there was nothing we didnt like. Didn’t like we had to leave so soon.

What an incredible stay! Simon was extremely welcoming and helpful, going way above expectations to enhance our stay and ensure we were comfortable and happy! The perfect place to relax with incredible views and overall peace.

It was a cosy and quiet with everything you need for a relaxing get away

A very cute cabin just overlooking the eden valley surrounded by a beautiful farm with the cutest Alpacas and hens. The homemade bread was delicious and the sightseeing recommendations were spot on. Amazing hosts. Will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect

Absolutely everything about this stay was amazing!! The views, feeding the gorgeous friendly animals & the hut it’s self had everything you could need. The perfect escape from reality for the weekend! The most kind and welcoming hosts also, we loved every min. ❤️

Cannot fault anything. Hut was clean, cosy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more.
