Lovely and clean, lovely linen and towels, everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. Amazing views and lovely couple , we’ve booked again already , can’t wait to return.

How well we got treated by the owners, they are the kindest and loveliest people we've met! Providing delicious homemade bread, butter and eggs and many more, they made us feel extremely welcomed and lovely to chat too, felt safe and content with my surroundings. The view was outstanding, especially during a warm evening where you're eating your food and looking at the beautiful scenery! We are very lucky to have ended up coming here for our last little getaway before our twins arrived, it was a last minute getaway as we were looking for a hotel and came across shabby shepherds and we weren't really expecting much but we 100% got a lot more than we ever thought and are extremely grateful for what Simon and Viv provided for us! We were still keeping our promise to come back after the twins arrived! Thank you so much for such a wonderful weekend

The hosts were very welcoming, the home baked bread was a nice touch, tasted amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Very private cosy and clean can't fault it.

Not really something to complain about maybe if I was being picky extra lights outside as very dark & a tv The sugar was stuck together We bought are own camping kettle but would of been disappointed if i forgot You can't beat tea off the fire when having a bbq ha!

The location was stunning. The Shepherds cabin is finished to a high specification and well equipped. The little touches of home cooked bread and fresh eggs were lovely and the owners were so personable - like meeting an old friend.
