The staff and the location.

In the morning, the bathroom drains would smell like sewage. I also don't like the mosquitoes.

We stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer if we could! Staff is wonderful, they arranged our transfers and helped us with tours as well. Location is right off the main strip while set far enough back to be very quiet. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
