Great location close to the restaurants and beach, however, hidden enough to not be affected by the noise.

Wifi was a little temperamental

Housekeeping should be more attentive

There was no breakfast – which was fine. Moalboal has lots of options. The property is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, moments from restaurants and minutes from the diveshops and the shoreline. Even better, given that we were there during NYE, the hotel is set back from the street enough that we barely heard any of the firecrackers or partying. We also loved the fact that they had lamps on the nightstands. Usually in developing countries, all one gets are bright white overhead lights, which are awful. This was a nice change. Kudos to them!

It’s a small thing, but it was clear that the hotel diluted its shampoo and body wash to a ridiculous degree – basically water. Also, though it’s not the fault of the property, they should correct the Google Maps location for the hotel – it was off by at least a mile.

Really lovely room. Staff were very helpful and kind during my stay. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby so you will not be disappointed.

There were some issues with no water (entire area) and none of the staff mentioned it to me until i discovered the issue myself. I did find the noise cancellation bad as sometimes staff or other guests would be talking outside their/my room in the morning and it would wake me up
