Beautiful Hotel, immaculately clean, stunning grounds and huge pool. Lovely staff, very helpful. The rooms were large, very comfortable beds and plenty of storage and space to put your belongings. The restaurant had plenty to choose from and the food was delicious. The free shuttle to Sao beach was a handy bonus too!

Le personnel est au petit soin, l’établissement est bien entretenu. La piscine est immense idéale pour faire quelques longueurs. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les plats vietnamiens changent tous les jours, la partie occidentale propose tout ce qu’il faut pour se régaler. Salle de sport simple mais efficace.

The hotel left a very good impression. The rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. The location of the hotel is convenient, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The stay was მშვიდ and comfortable, with no noise at all, allowing for a great rest. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!

Het zwembad is heerlijk groot en fijn op temperatuur. Tuin is mooi, goed onderhouden. Prijs/ kwaliteit is in verhouding. Facilitair werkt keurig, snel aan dagelijks schone handdoek wissel en kamer Buggy service naar Sao Beach goed en heel gezellig met Hui Ontbijt is uitgebreid en warme koffie los bij te bestellen.

Bed werd te weinig frequent verschoond in de 8 dagen dat wij er waren. Binnenkomst lobby is erg ongezellig met TL verlichting, onderuit hangende mensen op de bank en de receptie doet wat het moet doen maar meer ook niet. Kamerdeuren staan strak gesteld met drangers en bepaalde groepen medegasten die niet weten wat rekening houden met anderen is leidt regelmatig tot wakker geknald worden. Contact tussen gasten en personeel is minimaal maar weten wij meer aan de instelling van medegasten en hun neerbuigende houding naar personeel 1 persoon met glutenallergie weinig gebruik kunnen maken van het ontbijt doordat ‘veilig weten ‘ niet mogelijk bleek door gebrek aan Engels of begrijpen van Google translate

Tuyệt vời. Không có gì để chê. Địa điểm khá ok. Có xe đua đón đến bãi Sao.

Khá xa tách biệt khỏi nơi trung tâm dành cho khách du lịch.

Krásné vilky, velké pokoje. Personál který uklízel byl moc milý a ochotný. Skvěle vybavené fitness. Na pláž nás kdykoliv odvezli a řídiči byli úžasní. Bazén čistý.

Personál v restauraci byl hrozný. Vždy jsme hrozně moc dlouho čekají na obsluhu. Museli jsme se mnohdy sami obsluhovat, když jsme dojedli vůbec nám nepřišli uklidit talíře nebo se zeptat zda něco potřebujeme. Servis absolutně nevyhovující. Snídaně byly přelidňfné, chybělo jídlo, nebylo se kde posadit. Téměř pokaždé chyběly skleničky a příbory. U bazénu mi chyběla sprcha. Lokalita vesnická. Žádný obchod poblíž.

el hotel esttaba limpio, las instalaciones perfectas y bien cuidadas, el desayuno completo y abundante. La piscina increible. El hotel es exelente para el q busca relax y tranquilidad, el acceso a la playa se hace con coche electrico, q funciona de 7a.m a 7 p.m

Para mi gusto y por decir algo quiza deberian tener una carta de comidas tipo sandwich, snakcs etc para poder picotear algo en la piscina, ya q alrrededor si no alquilas moto no tienes nada cerca.

The location is too remote. There is an electric shuttle to the beach with a couple of bar/restaurants but the beach is full of litter and the sea has plastic floating in it. Food in the hotel is bad. Made worse by the service in the restaurant. Even using Google translate doesn't get the desired order. Such a shame.
