Lovely stay - beautiful and peaceful little accommodation with a quaint garden and big pool. Best location in phu quoc.

The location was great, close to all amenities, close to the beach. The surrounding such as garden was really nice.

The rooms, bathrooms are dated, even the sun lounges are falling apart, a great renovation is much needed. This didn’t affect our stay though. The breakfast was okay, not the greatest selection, the bigger concern was the refill of breakfast items such as bread or fruit, when there were many people at the restaurant. The biggest issue was the staff for us compare to any other places we stayed before in Vietnam. They didn’t really say hello, no communication, hardly any English (which could be worked around) and not kind or helpful in any way. Most of them seemed like they hate to work there.

Everything was really magical, the resort is a dream, there is peace inside, the landscaping, the people who work there, the tranquility, the songs of the birds, they cleaned every day, the breakfasts were very delicious, everyone was very friendly, the location is Perfect, the truth is that being there you have everything you need nearby, we have been with my partner for a week but we will return for sure and for longer, I recommend it 100%

There are small things they can fix, they know... but all good

We loved the garden and peaceful feeling of this hotel. Great pool, and proximity to beach. Very kind staff.

Location close to shops, restaurants and the beach and at the same time on a small, quiet street. Nice garden.

Most of the equipment requires renovation, repair and repainting, especially in the bathroom. We received a bungalow with a broken shower, a leaking tap and a broken sink. After a complaint, we received another one, but it didn't look much better there either. In both bathrooms there was no hot water in the tap and in the shower there was often no hot water or the water pressure was so low that it was very difficult to take a good shower.

The breakfast was ok.

This resort is falling in pieces. Everything is broken from the shower to the air conditioning. They offered me to shower in a different room. Are we joking? During my stay many guests were complaining and leaving. They should not be called a resort. I asked for support to carry my bags from the stair and they declined. I almost fell with them and no one cared. The whole bathroom was not properly clean.

WiFi doesn’t work , outside bathroom , strange !! Construction work next door so couldn’t relax by pool

Nice rooms and surrounds, nice staff, pool and meals. Handy location
