the accommodation in La Mer was nice, the rooms were large and clean, the bathroom also ... the beautiful pool in the garden was always a nice refreshment after returning from a tour of the island ... breakfast very tasty ...

the receptionists do not speak good English, but in the end you will come to an agreement ... as a big drawback I see the impossibility of buying any drinks during the day ...

My fave place in PQ. 7th stay.

One word to begin with, BEAUTIFUL. Surrounded by nature. Watching morning rain, listening to crickets sounds in evening and smell of lemon grass aromo oil was soothing and relaxing. Location - Good, though it is not beachfront property. Long beach is just few minutes walk. Bars, Supermarkets, Restaurant, Massage Parlors, Tour operators are within short radius. Facilities - Biggest room we stayed in our entire Vietnam trip. We loved wooden finished interior and restroom. Patio is highlight, every room and bungalow has its own. Breakfast was good as well. An absolute best place to stay for that price range.

🦟 Mosquitoes - Have to use canopy or to keep window shut in evening.

The location is very close to long beach which is nice. There are plenty of super markets and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself has a nice garden and pool and the rooms are okay, too.

Our room was nice but needed some maintenance, especially the bathroom. Our fridge did not work and also when you open the curtains there is no window glass but instead a direct connection to the outside (its basically useless if you don't want mosquitoes in the room). The staff does not speak english, it was difficult to ask or get something. The breakfast was not a buffet as we expected because the hotel was almost empty when we went there in Nov.22. We had 2 options: Omelette or Soup/Fried rice, but they did not even have butter and sometimes no juice or fresh fruit. Overall a little disappointing. All in all I think it is a little to expensive for what you get, but we still enjoyed our time there.
