The location is nice and the view from the room was really nice. The staff is kind.

The owners could make so much more out of this place. Pools are dirty, not maintained, the pool bar does not work and it seems abandoned. The only good thing in the bungalow is the view (if you have it with sea view), otherwise I had no hot water, air condition is dripping the doors and windows have cracks so mosquitos come in during the night. Generally not a well maintained hotel, there are several nicer ones for less money in the area.

The staff, the room, the location of the hotel overlooking the Leela Beach. The restaurant on top of the hotel was top notch too. There were two adorable dogs at the resort that kept us company and they were lovely!

It is an up the hill resort so that made it a little bit hard to access the common areas where stores are located, however since we had a car it made things a lot easier.
