Loved that the staff was always trying to make us comfortable Offered their favorite foods and cooked as many banana pancakes as the kids wanted for breakfast Made suggestions of delicious things to try They were helpful in taking us to the kitesurfing spot and once took us back as we had forgotten items there

Rooms look good but our mosquito net had holes and we got bitten almost every night Sand as floor in the bathroom looks good but isn’t ideal as we would take a lot of it inside the room Cockroaches - i understand it’s tropical climate and there is a well maintained garden but still I don’t like them

Just about everything! The place was paradise on earth, so much better than what we had expected! Pradeep was exceptional together with all other staff and chef Prasad. Everyone took the service to another level! Upon our arrival we got a free upgrade so that we had a wonderful 2-room villa! We got all the help we needed with our kite equipment , great support with transport and they even entertained our 4yo son without us asking them to 🥰 The food was amazing! Thank you for making our vacation memorable!!!

it was a beautiful room in a beautiful location.

The food was crazy expensive. Probably 5 times the usual price in Sri Lanka and it wasn’t amazing. Likewise, transportation was probably 10 times the normal price. I paid 1000 rupees for a 5 minute tuk tuk.

Staff was super friendly and the benefits offered to the package is exceptional. As wel felt their focus was providing an exceptional service to their guests rather than income generation.

Described as beachfront but in reality, barbed wire fence between hotel and very modest lagoon beach that’s not suitable for lying on.

We loved our stay at Kielantis. The manager and his team did an incredible job looking after us. The service was spot on. The 3 bedroom villa had incredible views out over the lagoon from the upstairs balcony. Extensive menu. Kayaks can be borrowed for a kayak round the mangroves, badminton, games and more. A short few minutes by boat to reach the beach for launching the windfoil. So much more to do in the area including diving and horseriding.

Great location for Kite Surfing and Wing Foiling. Super cool and nice staff and great food!

The area around the pool needs refurbishment.
