SEHR nette Leute ! Sauber und ruhig - alles bestens !!! Elefanten kommen DURCH die Lodge und ziehen 4 Meter vor einem vorbei - ein unglaubliches Erlebnis!!!! Hans ist sehr nett, genauso wie seine Leute. TOP !!!!!!!

The charming houses, the host Hans and the elephants who visit the camp daily.

No cold beer, not the most important thing but a nice refreshment after a hot game drive day.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo lodge un paio di notti per visitare il Queen Elizabeth National Park. Buona la posizione all’interno del parco, abbiamo trovato i bufali all’ingresso del lodge e un elefante la sera accanto al ristorante mentre eravamo a cena! Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile ed è stato molto carino.

Purtroppo però la camera era molto piccola, bagno e arredi un po’ datati, cibo non sempre buonissimo. Consigliato se non si hanno molte pretese.

Very nice location within the elephant trail

Amazing place with great owners. Their main goal is to make you feel at home and they definitely will! Also, you don't need to go to a game drive after a few nights here – there are elephants, buffalos, antelopes, warthogs and sometimes even lions or hyenas coming to the lodge's doorstep. Highly recommended place, I will be so happy to come back! :-)

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked perfectly. The staff was incredible, really lovely people. The food was great and the location even more. Highly recommended!!

An exceptional place to stay! Staying at Songbird was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The location, just outside Queen Elizabeth National Park, offers an incredible experience with wildlife roaming freely—elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, and more. The owners, Hans and Goretti, go above and beyond to make you feel right at home, and their wonderful children, Nicole, Nicholas, and Noelle, add a warm and welcoming touch. The bungalows are charming and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings, and the restaurant is a true delight, offering exceptional meals that left us feeling completely spoiled (and possibly a few kilos heavier). We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Songbird. For us, it was undoubtedly a standout highlight of our journey.

The waitress Nicole offers an impressived services , she was nice and helpful. The front desk was very good.

The noise because was Merry Christmas night there was a loud party around . The only acces to the Cabin had a slipery ramp to get in.

Very relaxed place with great food and unbelievable hospitality. Goretti, Hans and their kids are the best! Highly recommended!

That I left the place..

Hans has created a magical place with lovely houses and apartments. The food which is created by Chef Alex is very tasty, on request vegetarian/vegan possible. Dennis and Gordeta are doing also an amazing job and we can just recommend staying some days here. Animals come very close during the day and night to the lodge.
