Hot tub hols in lodge with roof terrace

Beds comfortable, pillows etc Adequate space Lots of lovely toys

Faulty jets on hot tub , so didn't get the experience as we should have. Decking very dirty and needs a good clean and dispose of unused furniture /broken. Blinds broken, either needs replacing or new. No curtains in lounge, so very light in the morning with the broken blinds etc. Was missing essentials as mentioned would be available ie : toilet roll Owners not sufficient on communication, resulting in speaking to Booking.com to get the information Pots and pans filthy, which we had to do before use. Bag.of rubbish left by cleaner, faulty shower door in main bathroom not opening and closing correctly.

It was very clean, homely, spacious, there were childrens toy too overall very welcoming

It was a large unit with two bathrooms which were clean. Well sited for access to the centre.

Cobwebs everywhere outside, I had to sweep them off before we could sit outside, not been cleared for sometime. Hot tub jets did not work apart from about 5 we did ask the hot tub guy but he didn’t get anymore working. The oven was dirty and trays unusable, the seal had perished and took sometime to heat food. Reported a leakage of water under the caravan which was drenching the carpet in main bedroom, not sorted by the time we left. No welcome pack of chocolates or bottle. Advertised as luxury but we found it lacking. Unit was tired looking internally.

The size of the property was really big and homely, we had a welcome pack on arrival which was lovely and decorated for Easter. There was games to play in the cupboard and the host got back in touch within a reasonable time frame whenever messaging about something. The beds were fairly comfortable and plenty of room to hang clothes etc. The cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, cloths etc. were all a nice touch that you don’t get everywhere. Overall we did have a nice stay.

The outside of the property was really dirty, you do expect some dirt with it being outside but I don’t think it’s ever cleaned, we had to scrub tables and chairs we were going to use. The hot tub didn’t work 2 out of the 3 nights we was there. I went away for a nice relaxing break for my 30th birthday with my family, husband, 10y/o son and cousin. I just wanted to chill, we work very busy demanding jobs but we was unable to relax in the hot tub and chill out until the last night which was really disappointing. We could have paid a lot less for a property without a hot tub if we wasn’t bothered about this. A big heavy mirrored picture frame fell off of one of the hooks behind the dinner table which could have caused serious injury if it had fell fully on my child for example. We did message host regarding hot tub and the picture frame. The hot tub guy in the morning said he’d sorted it but that was still not working and had then left site. The instructions given to get it working wasn’t working. In the end we managed to get it working but there was quite a significant leak on it, we’d been out a couple of hours and the water level had dropped around 15cm when we returned so we then had to refill it to use it on the last evening.

We had the best stay we very much needed to chill and we absolutely did that. We had the best time

Great location, loads of space in the lodge , plenty utensils, plates , cups etc . Useful washer dryer and full size dishwasher. Hot tub excellent and roof terrace an added bonus
