Eightfold Urban Resort

This propertyy is exceptional. The staff is amazing. From the driver who picked me up at the airport, and later transported me to my next hotel, to each and every staff member, they truly made you feel like family. My personal attendant ( yes that is a thing) was Eden. How perfect his name as I felt like I was in paradise and he made sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond. He arranged for transport to my next hotel, and even went in to check me in !. What a gem you have in this one. I love everything about the property and I am looking forward to my next extended stay. The rooms are fabulous, the pool, accessed by swim up, very private and lush. The food is great, and the service exceeds anything you could expect. A bit out of the madness, which was actually appreciated and an easy tuk tuk anywhere. Thank you Urban eight and Eden you the best. Looking forward to my next stay soon.

The level of service is wonderful! A huge thank you to all the staff for their care and an amazing stay at the hotel. The design of the hotel is very beautiful, there is a lot of greenery, and there are no insects, this is a big plus

The staff were super friendly and the overall resort was great. The only thing I will suggest is to bring more variety in the breakfast menu. Most guests stay atleast 3 days to tour Siem Reap, so eating the same food can be a bit boring. But overall, highly recommend staying here!

Such a lovely hotel. Small, very peaceful, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms. We made good use of the free evening shuttle into town. Particularly beautiful pool.

We really liked it all

Everything was great but the quality of service and the kindness of their staff deserve a special mention in the review. A big thank you to Kevin; he was the kindest host we could ask for. The facilities at the hotel were beautiful, the room was big and comfortable and the food provided at the hotel restaurant was also great. We really loved it and recommend this place :)

Nothing; everything was great

What a paradise of a place, specially if you get a room by the pool. To be surrounded by such greenery and calmness. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The food in restaurants is very tasty and the staff is amazing super attentive and caring. The location is a bit off, but tuk tuk shuttles from and to the city included in the rate.

The room just misses out a 10/10 by details, it doesn’t have enough hangers to put towels dry after shower, and there is a strange smell coming out of the bathrooms but as I said it’s only details, or else it be a 10/10 hotel.

Un séjour sans aucune fausse note ! Tout était parfait : le confort, le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel et surtout la gentillesse de toute l’équipe. Toujours souriants, disponibles et aux petits soins. Merci tout particulièrement à Kevin pour son accueil irréprochable. Son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et son attention ont fait toute la différence. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
