Eightfold Urban Resort

Un hôtel fabuleux et un accueil d'exception ! Le Eightfold Urban est un havre de paix et de sérénité ! Nous y avons réservé une chambre avec accès piscine en direct : Ce fut un pur bonheur d'accéder à la piscine directement depuis la chambre ! Tout y était top : l'accueil, le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel. Avec une mention spéciale à Lisa, au petit soin pour nous et l'anniversaire de ma femme. Le restaurant, les cocktails, tout était parfait ! J'ai testé le salon de massage, là aussi de grande qualité. A 5mn du centre, avec un pick up gratuit le soir. Nous recommandons absolument !

The property is like an amazing oasis. It is located a little bit far from center, but the hotel provides free of charge tuk tuk. This hotel is true boutique, cosy, comfortable and everything is made with a real personal touch! The staff knows your names, what you like and dislike and does everything to make your stay special. I strongly recommend to book the room with a pool access.

Excellent hotel with professional staff. Spacious rooms, balconies, and overall atmosphere. Nice pool area and bar. I would definitely stay here again.

The location at first sight was a little suburban. However, the hotel provides tuk-tuk to and from the town center, which makes it very convenient. Staff very friendly and considerate. Service way exceeding our expectation. Did not order breakfast but did had dinner at the restaurant, which was also a great surprise! Liked the Khmer style that was provided. Room was spacious, bright, clean and with everything well-prepared (would rate the umbrellas as the most useful one during rainy season haha). Loved the balcony facing the garden and swimming pool. Really enjoyed the greenness which also ensured privacy. Didn't have time to try out the swimming pool but did tried the massage service, which was also GREAT! Very soothing after a long day of walk at Angkor :)

Het is een prachtig verzorgd resort met mooi zwembad en mooie ruime kamers. Prima ontbijt. Tot overdreven toe vriendelijk personeel dat ontzettend hun best doet om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De gratis tuctuk service om s'avonds de stad in te gaan is een mooie extra.

The non Khmer cuisine breakfast options could be improved . There should be non dairy milk options, like oat, almond or soy.

We had a wonderful stay at Eightfold Urban Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Lisa, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Her kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made a real difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a team that is committed to making every guest feel welcome. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
