Le personnel est tres accueillant et fait en sorte de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. La piscine est superbe, le petit dejeuner aussi. L’hôtel est encore plus beau qu’en photos. La navette pour aller dans le centre de siem reap est pratique.

It was just my boyfriend and I but we have had such an amazing time here. We stayed 3 nights total with the staff (especially Chris) were all amazing and so polite all the time, even going above and beyond. The rooms were so lovely and clean, perfect just being able to step out onto the pool from the back door. Breakfast with the option of getting cooked meals to select from we loved. Perfect location not too far from town but out of the Hustle and bustle but our TukTuk driver Hong was awesome, so polite and friendly. Overall, we loved our time here on our trip from Australia :)

This hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Nina was our personal assistant and she was really helpful in organizing all of our visits. The hotel has a free tuktuk every afternoon/evening and it also offers a great deal on a tuktuk tour to Angkor Wat (much cheaper than getting a tour on tripadvisor or get your guide). We got a free late checkout and a free 3 course meal for lunch on our last day. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel itself has everything you need. There’s a spa, restaurant, great pool, and transportation to anywhere you’d want to go.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was exceptional, always accompanied by warm smiles. The staff helped us with our suitcases and even offered mosquito spray before we left for our tours. During our two-night stay, we enjoyed a comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel also provides complimentary transfers to and from the city center, which was very convenient. When my partner became ill, Kevin from the hotel staff kindly brought us some tea to help. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and truly reflected the caring nature of the staff. We were also treated to a complimentary Khmer dinner, and to our surprise, we received a lovely little gift on our last night. The atmosphere is wonderful from the moment you step into the hotel. Surrounded by beautiful greenery and a lovely pool, we felt relaxed and cared for throughout our stay. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would! Our stay at the Eightfold Urban Resort was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. The level of service is simply unmatched. Every single staff member we interacted with was adorable, incredibly accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Molly and Lisa, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special! Everything about this resort is top-notch: The Room: We stayed in a room with a view of the canopy, and it was absolutely incredible—so lush and peaceful. The Facilities: The pool area is magnificent, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the temples. The Food: The daily breakfast was excellent, with great choices and quality. The Services: The hotel’s tuk-tuk service was brilliant and made getting around Siem Reap entirely stress-free. We loved our time here so much that we actually tried to extend our stay! Unfortunately, last-minute room rates had gone up, so we couldn't make it happen, but it just goes to show how hard it was to leave. We will never forget this place. The Eightfold Urban Resort and its wonderful team will remain in our hearts forever. If you are going to Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and book this hotel! Jonas & Paul

The people are very very helpful. All with such a lovely hospitable manner.

The location is down a dirt track, it was a surprise on the first day, however the tuk tuk were always on hand, to take you anywhere.

No complaints, everything was great .
