Eightfold Urban Resort

Everything here was perfect. The assigned supervisor, Mr. Kevin, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this place to others. The complimentary tuk-tuk service made getting around convenient and hassle-free. It was a great added benefit that enhanced our overall experience.

The breakfast was good, but the selection could be improved. It would be better to offer a wider variety of buffet options for the main dishes rather than requiring guests to pre-order.

Очень красивый современный отель, по своему вайбу напомнил отели в Убуде на Бали. По соотношению цена-качество вообще космос. Территория просто утопает в зелени, отличный уютный бассейн, просторный стильный номер с удобной кроватью. Завтрак не супер разнообразный, но очень вкусный, если любите завтракать яйцами то проблем точно не будет - их готовят разными способами по вашему выбору. Пробовали массаж в отеле - понравилось очень! До центра вечером по необходимости отвозят и забирают на тук туке, очень удобно! Вообщем, рекомендую от души!!

Персонал молодцы, очень вежливые и старательные, но в ключевых моментах желательно их контролировать (2 дня мы ждали ответа о возможности продлить номер; и самое важное - заранее заказали такси до аэропорта, в день выезда решили уточнить все ли ок, оказалось что наш заказ пропустили, но, в итоге все исправили)

The hotel is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the staff were very helpful and nice. Additioanally as the locations is not central, they have a tuk tuk service that brings you well within the city for free.

This hotel EXCEEDED all expectations. We travelled as a family of 3, with a 9 month old baby. The staff were so attentive, nothing was too much to ask for. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfy, the staff were dedicated to providing personalised and quality service and the hotel was very clean. This was the best weekend away we have had in years, and I believe it is down to the stay we had at this beautiful boutique style resort. We have recommended Eightfold to all our family and friends in SE Asia and in the UK. Thank you so much to all the staff for creating such a magical holiday for our family.
