Amaya Retreat

I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay at Amaya Retreat. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. I especially enjoyed the spa and the delicious meals at the restaurant. The highlight was the peaceful ambiance, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience, and I would highly recommend Amaya Retreat for a quick, relaxing getaway.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location close to Hanoi airport. Beautiful location outside of Hanoi city. Very peaceful with lush gardens and lovely swimming pool - a great place to relax. Staff are very friendly and efficient and food was excellent.

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Dinners to die for! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant both days which was excellent. Efficient, friendly service from all staff and porters

Beautiful, quiet location hidden away in the forest. The pool ans water slide was a great facility to have. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Room's nice and cozy, the small pool is right next to it and the water is clean. Nice balcony with great view of trees

It was very quiet and serene.

The staff didn't speak English at all and service was very slow, once our meal was finished plates were left at our table for a very long time. No one offered dessert and when we went looking for staff to order a dessert it never arrived. It was a 5 star venue with 2-3 star service. However the food was impeccable.
