Amazing property . Well maintained and multiple things to do . Indoor games and kids play area was good. Restaurants also have varied menu and food prep was good.

- Room service is slow. - We wanted a first aid kit for my son but it was not available even at the reception . Having a basic first aid kit in case of need is essential. We got ice for cold compress from hotel only after multiple reminders and 30 mins . - Pool can be better maintained.

"Good overall - too many stairs everywhere , spa devices need to be improve - probably need some kind of min golf or putt"

Very nice pool and spa options

Too many steps everywhere - the spa didn’t smell good as there was some Bad smells coming from the neighboring area - plus the dog continuously barking is not a very serene setting
