The property is well maintained and the gardens are absolutely beautiful, it was nice to walk around and relax. Staff are incredibly helpful and we’re very eager to assist.

The property was well maintained with lots of greenery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay with good and heigenic food options. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet has a very good spread. Even the a-la-carte menu is fairly good with options for all ages. The property is wheelchair friendly. You need to ask for a ground floor room while booking in case you are traveling with people who can't climb stairs as there is no lift.

The quality of the wheelchairs are bad. High time they change the wheelchairs. If you are over 70kgs in weight, I would recommend getting your own heavy-duty wheelchair. The passages are rough stone in places where a normal wheelchair may not be sufficient. The billing process was not smooth and riddled with errors.

We had booked a 2 bedroom suite for a family of four members. Even after requesting for one hour early checkin and receiving confirmation from the resort through booking.com the room was not kept ready. The reception staff Mr. Apoorva was rude enough to say that checkin time was 2pm. However he did not have any justification when informed that the resort had accepted our early checkin request. The ACs installed in living room and the bedrooms were very old, outdated and made a loud noise throughout the night. In one of the bathrooms the water was not draining out while taking bath. Even their housekeeping staff could not solve the issue. Both bathrooms had issues with hot water supply. We had to bear with lukewarm water during winter season. The reception staff Ms Mohini makes it a point to give reminder calls to all room guests reminding guests of their checkout timing. This looks very cheap. Too many issues as mentioned. Very much a hyped up property. Standards not as per four star ratings as mentioned in the booking.com app. There are plenty of other better options to stay in and around Bangalore city for the exorbitant price this resort charges. Completely Avoidable.
