Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Mr. Anthony from the reservations team was super kind and is a very polite gentleman.

It’s an expensive property. Works out to quite a a day.

1. Indoor play area was small but good options like chess, carrom boards. 2. Rooms are clean and good sized. The landscape is well maintained and looks great. 3. Lot of effort out to brighten up the place for Xmas with lights, trees and decorations. 4. Spa is expensive but Ayurvedic treatment by Shireesh was very good. 5. Gym was very good and has decently equipped. 6. Reception staff are very polite and friendly. Staff in general were very hospitable- the kitchen staff, parking staff, room service were all kind.

1. First floor rooms have balconies but the spiral staircase to get there is a bit of a task with elderly and small children. Also, the balcony grill is too wide and you cannot leave kids in attended as they can very easily slip and fall down. Request management to consider some safety measures for peaceful stay. 2. You have to pay extra for steam, sauna facilities which doesn’t sit well after paying so much for the rooms. 3. You have to pay extra for outdoor activities which again doesn’t sit well and is not value for money.

Nothing, Actually due to some urgent we checked out within 3 hours after check in. But these people did not consider to refund atleast some amount as concession and also told that since this booking is from booking.com you have to speak to the. Only. But booking.com people are so intelligent that if we call them they have not answered call and Wait time is 30 minutes. Great Going and we simply wasted 20000/- for just 3 hours.
