Angsana Oasis Spa & Resort

We had an excellent vacation in Angsana. The room was very comfortable, food was great and the staff was very courteous, especially Mr.Ravi who handles the swimming pool and other facilities like Tennis/Basketball etc.

The room was quite spacious and had all necessary facilities. It as clean , well maintained , had comfortable bed , sofas, an nice big TV. Room service was very prompt , even giving us bottled water late in the night. They extended the breakfast for half an hour extra since my wife was late tending to our daughter.

The food menu was not having a lot of options. The in room service was quite expensive. All other outdoor activities were also pricey.

There is no ala carte option in the lunch. The stray cats are coming and eating from the buffet display. I really don't like this unhygienic.

The service was really bad. Our water bootles got empty and we called front desk for water refill. But nobody came to provide water. Wifi was not working and for that also complaint was raised and none of the staff came to check
