The staff at Reception are not trained to Welcome Tourists/ Visitors properly. They should know " Smiling is allowed " :-) The guards are far more genuine in their approach or welcoming.

They were pushing to have a Brunch instead ala carte which is not correct nor ethical. The brunch favours more for Non Veg then Veg. Once again, either new staff or poorly trained by and large. Supervisor looking passively instead of guiding or being hands on to set an example. Most importantly, very unsafe and can cause extreme danger, the tooth brush, the sharp bristles loose, due to poor quality, getting stuck in the throat causing discomfort. The house keeping / purchase manager, took the experience positively and assured to change at the supply level. Penny wise, pound foolish ( safety) should be avoided. Billing takes a long time. Bottom line, Place good. Infra good. Property good. Ambience good. Some changes required at some departments to help Clients have better experience, considering the Cost Vs Convenience Vs Customer Experience.

Food was not good , it’s just a below average food the price they charge.need lot of improvement

Very relaxing place and very clean. The space is big and green. Kids friendly, the play area is amazingly decorated. Loved the size and location of the pool, rooms are spacious and convenient too. The bar is amazing and the bartender is very good with his cocktails. The food was less spicy and kids friendly. The breakfast spread was also delicious.

The restaurant was good, although the capacity was an issue. Could be because we came during the long weekend, but we had to wait longer to get the seats for dinner, even being a residents for that night.

I really can’t think of something nice…

The way they work with/treat Guests. First I was supposed to pay in cash, even though the credit card was on file and I had asked beforehand if that would work. 45 minutes discussion... . Then I was ordered a taxi to the Nandi Hills, which I also paid for at the end of the trip - to the taxi driver himself. Then in the evening I was summoned to the reception to pay the driver. I explained that I paid him myself - I wasn't told that I had to pay it at reception - neither from the Resort nor from the driver. Another 45 minute discussion. And in the end they took the money that I had already paid the driver from my credit card. When I asked by email what that was about, I didn't get an answer - until today… .

Breakfast was good, spread was good.

Some of the sta*f were undertrained.

Location and grounds were very good, we specifically chose it due to its location to the airport because our departure flight was very early. Breakfast was the usual buffet but the eggs were cooked to order. Airport transfer worked very well despite the very early start, bags were collected promptly and the taxi arranged by the hotel was on time.

Absolutely no service if you were by the pool, most hotels want to get you to spend a bit more by offering drinks around the pool, but not here. The whole bar system was very odd. Went to the bar on our last night and it was 10 minutes before th person who could serve turned up despite me visiting reception. We soon found out why, the restaurant serving dinner was over 200 meters away and the Batman and a waitress were basically shuttling between the locations to fulfill orders, heard work for them!
