Location and facilities.

Noisy due to ongoing repair / construction. Even after requesting multiple times work continued. We missed a peaceful lunch.

Pretty garden landscaping. Friendly staff who tried their best but mostly unable to assist without assistance from their colleagues.

Chosen because of trusted brand & familiarity but not thr Angsana standard expected. I'm a regular Banyan Tree guest and this was not the high quality accommodation - from staff cleanliness through to age & condition of the pool towels and cushions. Pool and pool area/beds was dirty. Wires exposed in sockets of room: consumer unit box on wall open. No drinks served on site due to license being revoked. Staff overly attentive at lunch buffet - constant interruptions by different members of the team asking the same questions even though a self service arrangement. Only 1 of the 4 restaurants advertised were open. Good food at buffet. Not all treatments on Spa menu advertised (and booked prior) were available. Massage was very good, but treatment room & bedding tired. Waterfall shower in treatment room broken. Guest Wi-Fi not working - required access to be set up via staff / staff log in. employee Did not stay - checked out early same day.

Size of the room and cleanliness.

No activities, Pool was not so enjoyable to kids. Food over priced. Not worth for paying so huge amount. Check in and check out timing was not even 24 hrs.

Everything was excellent.. we had the best time!!
