Inglewood Shepherd's Huts

Had the most amazing time at inglewood Shepard’s hut this place is so tranquil and beautiful the sun was shining for us on our 2 day stay Cleone was just so helpful we had a few issues with the water as the pipes were being replaced but she went over and beyond to sort things out for us “ this was totally out of her hands but again she was amazing even getting water from another farm to fill our hot tub up and just done all she could to make our stay amazing thank you Cleone what a fabulous host We loved the goats they were so funny and friendly and our Persian cat loved them too ! Nothing I can say as a negative x

Location peaceful decor in the Shepard’s hut bed so comfy

Absolutely loved the views and the area. It was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was a great extra and the amenities were similar to those most would have at home. We took our two spaniels and the hut had plenty of space for them both as well as two adults. We were provided with extra wood throughout our stay and was brought to us by Cleone. She was a great help when it came to showing us how to use the hot tub. We loved our stay and would 100% come back again.

Badger had the most beautiful view of mountains, the whole location was quiet and so peaceful, it was the perfect rest & relaxation break that we needed! We were allowed to hand feed the goats who were so so sweet, and opening the doors of our hut to find the goats was lovely! It’s easy to get to other villages and towns for a little wander round, it’s in the perfect location! The hot tub was 10/10. We enjoyed how spacious the shepherds hut was & the facilities it came with were so handy, we had an air fryer which is always a perk!

The lodge is very spacious and private, everything we needed was provided. The host was great in giving information and also provided something extra upon request which I appreciated. Dogs are welcome and my pup absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Nothing

Cosy, clean and had the basics we needed. Peaceful and quiet, within driving distance for nice walks and a nice local pub 4 minute drive away with nice food that was dog friendly.

I struggled getting the hot tub hot, but that was probably more a me issue in getting the fire going properly.

its a beautiful isolate location, great for a relaxing stay. Great views and all the mod cons you need such as wifi, tv etc. The games provided in the hut were a great touch. Penrith is also a very short drive away which is nice for supplys. The bed is also one of the most comfortable ive ever laid my head

There isn't much to dislike, the hot tub can get very hot but that is down to user error and using the instructions ( unlike i did is very much required )
