Inglewood Shepherd's Huts

The property was in a fantastic location. it was not in the town centre but only a short drive away, so you felt away from all the hustle and bustle of life but close enough if you wanted any supplies or a mooch around town. You didn't need or want for anything, plenty of facilities, tea, coffee sugar provided in plenty. A stove, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit made it all the most special and stand out. It was a highlight waking up every morning and seeing the goats in the field, and at night with how clear the skies were seeing all the stars. Views for miles!! The host was exceptional! Made our Mini moon special with Prosecco and decorated with some bunting. very attentive with making sure we were well looked after. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. That we had to leave.

The location was good, the huts were private and the views were stunning.

The most disgusting place we have ever stayed.. we left a day early because we couldn’t bring ourselves to stay another night. The amount of black mold is a health risk - on every window frame, in the shower, on the wet rotten bathroom floor behind the toilet and all over the wood behind the bathroom sink (the sides are completely black with mold). My partner said he had never been anywhere before where he felt dirtier after his shower! The kettle was full of limescale floating about and all appliances looked like they needed a good clean as they were so grubby, and the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned. Honestly just awful and the owner, Cleone just said she was sorry and that it wasn’t her who had cleaned today to which I replied, it doesn’t look like it has been cleaned ever. She gave excuses such as people weren’t leaving the extractor fan on and that normal cleaning products hadn’t worked and stronger stuff she had ordered was coming on Monday! Dont give enough wood to heat up the hot tub for two days and then try to charge you £10 for more. £50 compensation was given but I think a refund for the night we haven’t stayed due to worrying about our health should’ve been given. I don’t understand how there are not more bad reviews about this place because dirt and mold like this doesn’t just appear overnight - please look at my photos on Google reviews or trip advisor as I can only add 4 on here.

The most comfortable bed everrrr, stayed in loads of similar places but never had a really comfortable bed, we were really lucky with the weather and the view was breathtaking. The hot tub was easy to start and the wifi was excellent. The car is parked literally feet away. Anyone with mobility problems then this is for you. We are going back in a couple of months for another 3 days stay. We really needed a break from everything and this was perfect. Thankyou to our host

We didn't just like it we loved the whole experience made our anniversary that extra special. We didn't wanna come home we already felt at home . The views are fantastic its so peaceful & magical. We only arrived home today but want to go back already . Our dachshund loved it as much as us .

There was nothing to dislike

Stunning place,Lovely and peaceful, the hut was cosy and warm with everything we needed. Our host Cleoni went out of her way to help when needed. Will 100% be returning in the future 5⭐️

Cozy getaway, quiet location. Not to far from town for supplies.
