"Disappointing experience"

Very disappointing experience as the booked deluxe room was not available upon check-in, and instead of an upgrade we got downgraded to a lower room category.. to make matters worse, the breakfast added insult to injury.. I cannot comprehend how this place is permitted to call itself a resort.

"A Great value resort with peaceful natural environment - it surpassed our expectations and is highly-recommended!"

We were really surrounded by nature! Our room had a big window with a very serene view - a grassland, a river, and lots of trees 😍 We booked a Double or Twin Room with Garden View for 3 nights. Our room is very new and we heard it was newly built a few months ago! We like the bathroom a lot and the design of the door is creative and space-saving! Room and bathroom are spacious and very clean!

Sometimes there are millipedes coming out 😅 The rental bike is quite old and brake doesn’t work properly.
