Please note we are based on a quiet rural small holding we welcome children over the age of 5 . The main guest booking must be 25 or over . No parties . We are a working equestrian small holding please be aware we do have horses and dogs onsite please consider that you are happy to be in an environment with animals . We respectfully ask all guests do not wander unsupervised onto the stable yard and to please supervise children . Please note we are not suitable for babies and toddlers and cannot accommodate cots high chairs or prams . Please note our check in times are between 3pm-6pm and later check in is on request only and subject to availability , please contact us prior to booking to request this as we cannot guarantee late check in once a reservation has been made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
